Does anyone know what happened in that last race? Should we expect a refund from the bookie?

I have emailed them with no reply so far.

Hi mate sorry for the delay,i have not seen race yet,but it went in the stalls i think and refused to race.it was just bad luck yesterday with fallers,horses getting hamered but hopefully all those into horse tracker

Hi, Still no update, doubt we will, I'm unsure if the gate even opened, there was a bit of distraction for the jockey once in the stall.
